The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority (BICMA) welcomed the three new recruits today in a small ceremony with Director offering Khadhar.Ms. Jangchuk Dema has successfully completed PGDFM from Royal Institute of Management, Thimphu after getting through the RCSC exam and is appointed as Asst. Program Officer in BICMA. Mr. Tshering Dorji has successfully completed the PDGPA from Royal Institute of Management, Thimphu after getting through the RCSC exam and is appointed as Asst. Information and Media Officer in BICMA. Mr. Phul Tika Rai has successfully completed the Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jigme Namgyal Engineering College, Dewathang and is appointed as Sr. communication Technician in BICMA. The BICMA fraternity would like to welcome our new recruits and looking forward to working with them.
