In view of the current situation of National crises, the Authority has approved the proposal from Bhutan Telecom Limited (BTL) and Tashi InfoComm Ltd (T Cell) to provide one time free data and talk time as follows on August 18, 2020. Such gestures from the telecom service providers are highly appreciated during times of need.
