The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority invites the sealed bids from interested national individuals/firms bearing a valid trade license and tax clearance certificate for conducting a detailed feasibility study on private TV broadcasting service in Bhutan including development of rules and regulations pertaining to TV broadcasting sector.
The bidders are also required to execute the integrity pact. The failure to attach the signed integrity pact during the submission of bids will result in disqualification of the proposals.
The bid in hard copy shall reach to the office of the Authority, located in Olakha, Thimphu on or before 20th January 2020 before 12 Noon.
