The Authority invites Sealed Bids from eligible National Consultancy Firm for carrying out Consultancy Service on “Determining the Timely Reach and Circulation Figures of the Newspaper.”
The Sealed Bids shall reach the office of the Authority located at Olakha, Thimphu, on or before 25th March, 2019 at 5.00 PM, Bhutan Standard Time (BST).
