His Majesty appoints Mr. Chencho Dorji, Director General of the Authority as a new secretary for Ministry of Works and Human Settlement on 18th February, 2019. He joined the civil service in 1985. He served as Director General for Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority from 2015 almost for a period of 3.5 years.
We the members of BICMA family wish him heartfelt congratulations on his promotion and truly happy on his achievement. Although we miss his presence in the Authority, we wish him all the success and happiness in his new position as the Secretary for MOWHS.
