Ms. Karma Tshomo (Assistant Communication Officer) and Mr. Dawa Norbu (Driver) joined the Authority on 1st of February, 2019. Karma Tshomo completed her Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from College of Science and Technology, Phuentsholing. The Authority welcomes them to BICMA family and we wish their tenure in BICMA would be fruitful and great learning experience.
