The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority would like to invite the sealed Bids from the eligible local and international Bidders for the supply and installation of “Radio Monitoring Receiver and Omnidirectional Active Antenna for Fixed Monitoring Station“.
a. The eligible bidder shall register with us at resource@bicma.gov.bt on or before 18th February, 2019 if they intend to participate in the Bid.
b. The Sealed Bid shall reach the office of the Authority located at Olakha, Thimphu, on or before 25th February, 2019 at 12.00 noon, Bhutan Standard Time (BST).
c. Electronic Bidding shall be accepted.
d. All Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security.
