As per Chapter 5 of the Information, Communications and Media Act of Bhutan 2018 and based on the decision of the meeting held between the Authority and the MOEA on 1st June 2018, the Authority has handed over the licensing of Places of Entertainment to the Ministry of Economic Affairs on 28th June 2018.
