The issuance, renewal, transfer and cancellation of licenses for places of entertainment will be dealt by Ministry of Economic Affairs with effect from 1st July 2018. This is in keeping with the provisions of the Information Communication and Media (ICM) Act of Bhutan, 2018. Please refer the notification below for details:
