- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the RGOB Procurement Manual, and are open to all Bidders from countries as defined in Section 111 of the Bidding Document.
- Bids must be delivered to the Authority’s Head Office at Olakha, Thimphu on above mentioned date and time.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of fixed amount mentioned above.
- The bidders must visit the site to familiarize the site condition prior to filling the bids.
- Participating in other’s licence shall not be permitted.
- The bid unaccompanied by bid security/less bid security or not confirming to ITB shall be liable for rejection without any explanation.
