The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority (Authority) invites sealed bids from eligible national consultancy firm bearing valid trade licence and tax clearance certificate for carrying out consultancy service on “determining the readership and circulation figures of the newspaper”. The bid shall be submitted to the Authority in hard copy on or before 15th February, 2018 before 4 pm. The bid shall be opened on 19th February at 10 am in the conference hall of the Authority. The bidders are also required to execute the Integrity Pact. Failure to attach the signed Integrity Pact during submission will result in disqualification of the proposal.
