The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority invites eligible International Consultants to submit proposal for providing consultancy service on the subject “Amendment of National Radio Rules and Assessment of Spectrum Management in Bhutan”.
The Proposals shall be submitted to the Authority either in hardcopy or softcopy (on-line) latest by 4.00 PM (local time – Bhutan Standard Time) on or before 5th January ,2017. The Proposals will be opened by 10.00A.M (BST) on 6th January,2017. The Letter of Invitation and details on the services and its submissions are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document which can be downloaded below:
