The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority would like to invite interested and eligible Bhutanese Consultancy Firms bearing valid trade license for carrying out consultancy service on “Assessment of the rural communications programme and its socio-economic impact” .
The Bid must be submitted to the Authority before 12.00 PM of 19th October, 2016. The Proposals will be opened at 2.30PM on the same day. The Letter of Invitation and details on the services and its submissions are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document which can be downloaded below:
