The Authority would like to invite sealed bid from interested and eligible Bhutanese consultancy firm bearing valid trade licence for carrying out “Assessment of the rural communications programme and its socio-economic impact study”. The Bid must be submitted to the Authority before 5 PM of 9th September 2016. Interested and eligible bidders must register themselves with the Authority on or before 18th August 2016 before the submission of the Bid. For registration, they can submit their details online to Chief, Telecommunications (wangay.dorji@bicma.gov.bt) in the prescribed format.
