The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority invites eligible International Consultants to submit proposal for providing consultancy service on the subject “Regulatory Framework for Satellite Technology and Services”.
The Proposals shall be submitted to the Authority either in hardcopy or softcopy (on-line) latest by 12.00 noon (Local Time – Bhutan Standard Time) on or before 15th March 2016. The Proposals will be opened by 3.00PM (BST) on the same day. The Letter of Invitation and details on the services and its submissions are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document which can be downloaded below:
